Posting can feel like the thing I do instead of real work. The product is over there waiting, and here I am writing a caption. Surely the responsible move is to close the tab and go ship features.
The product was never the bottleneck
When I am honest about what is actually holding me back, it is not the products. It is distribution, and knowing what to build next. I have plenty of repos and plenty of working software. What I do not have enough of is the right people seeing it. That is the real constraint, and no amount of extra features fixes it.
Posting is the build
The whole idea I am betting on is building the product, the audience, and the distribution at the same time. Content is not a break from that work. It is one of the three legs holding it up. Skipping it to code more is just pouring effort into the leg that was already the strongest.
The takeaway: a great product nobody sees is not finished. It is hidden. Posting is how you stop hiding it.
